Employee Non-compete clause
Please note that each employee with MISS ANN’S KIDDIE KORNER PRESCHOOL and NURSERY signs a non-compete. If employees provide care for clients of MISS ANN’S KIDDIE KORNER PRESCHOOL and NURSERY outside of normal business hours, they will be immediately terminated.
Employees of MISS ANN’S KIDDIE KORNER PRESCHOOL and NURSERY are not to conduct childcare services during MISS ANN’S KIDDIE KORNER PRESCHOOL and NURSERY’s regular business hours while employed with Miss Ann’s Kiddie Korner.
I have read and understand the Emergency Evacuation Drill and Employee Non-compete listed herein.
